I am an enigma. I rarely "act my age". I love pink, glitter, anything colorful or sparkly. In previous lives (before I became very sick), I've been an actress, reporter, trend-setter, homecoming queen, cheerleader, smarty-pants, and brat. I've considered joining the Air Force, becoming a nun, reporting International News, predicting the weather, and studying medicine. Who I am right now is a combination of everything that stuck and everything I still wish I could do. I am an Italian wife who cooks too much, a Cat Mama, a blogger, the Cool Auntie to 9 and the Little Sister of twins. My skills include cooking (but not baking), interpreting dreams, making people think, and creating musicals on the fly. My favorite activities include drinking coffee on the patio on weekend mornings with my husband, eating, canoodling with my cats, finding reasons to laugh, and surprising my Cystic Fibrosis doctors.
